The City Municipality of Pantelej joined the celebration of the World Roma Day. Following the initiative of the Roma organisation "Heart of flowers" , with the support of the City Municipality of Pantelej, in the Village of Kamenica, an appropriate culture and arts programme, which included the youth Roma talents and the guests from Bela Palanka,  was organized. In addition to financial support to the participants of the manifestation, the management of the Municipality awarded the Letters of Thanks during the progeamme finale.
