"Compared to 2012, there changes in the municipal assemblage occurred and therefore it was necessary to harmonize the municipal Election Committee and the current state of the Municioal Assembly", as stated in the explanation of the decision to elect the new members of the Municipal Election Committee. 

Each party, in accordance to its strenght in the local assembly, has a certain number of members in the Municipal Election Committee which is comprised from seven members. SNS has 3 members and the rest of the representtive grups have one member each.
