Water for inhabitants of Brenica

More than 140 homes in the village Brenica near Nis should get access to healthy drinking water during the next year. Until now, the inhabitants had to find various ways to get water and used the water from the local basin which was built 30 years ago. The summers were the most difficult, since there was no water during the period when it was mosted needed. During the fisrt phase, a discharge pipeline (3,5 km of length) from Hum to Brenica was built. It is supposed to provide the stable pressure of water. The second phase is to follow during the next year. For this purpose the sum of 23,5 million dinars was allocated in the budget of the City.
