On the day of the anniversary of the liberation of Nis in WWII, as a part of the memorial activities dedicated to this historical date, in the Great Hall of the City Municipality of Pantelej, the book "Nis in the "Novo vreme" magazine 1941-1944, the author work of historians Milena Zikic and Boban Jankovic.

The work represents an objective historical research which provides the possibility of reconstruction of the life of the citisens of Nis during the war years joint with a serious scientific and critical approach to the magazine and an a array of additional explanations and comments and a careful analysis in the Preface and the Introduction of the book.
