The Youth Office of the City Municipality of Pantelej, lead by the coordinator Milos Vidosavljevic, actively supported the humanitarian action "Čepening". The purpose of the action was to help fundraising for provision of wheel-chairs since the worth of 1000 kg of bottle caps is 90 000 RSD. The Youth Office invites all the citizens to bring at least one cap with them when they are  passing near the building of the City Municipality of Pantelej and thus contribute the charity. The box for the caps is at the very entrance of the Municipal building.
