Following the initiative of the citizens from Vinik 2, at the City Municipality Pantelej, a joint meeting of the management of the Public Utility Company "Naissus" and the Public Utility Company "Mediana" . The topic of the meeting was resolving the long lasting communal  problems in water supply system and sewerage system of the local households.
