The distinguished representative of the Romani community, the renowned artist and journalist, Mr. Rade Vuckovic, is the winner  of the highest award of the World Roma Organisation.
The award was presented by Jovan Damjanovic, the President of the World Roma Organisation on  an official ceremony organized at the City Municipality of Pantelej.
