With the support of the City Municipality of Pantelej, a collection of poems about the City of Nis titled "Naissa of My Love"  was published and promoted at the National Library. "Naissa of My Love" consists of six poetry wreaths. According to Srdjan Savic, "the first  two wreaths, dedicated to Nis in general and to the River of Nisava, certainly represent the poetic foundation for the editors to feed the flames of the blinking hologram projection of the core of Nis, the essence of which is caught either in the form of the symbolism of the pagan fairy or in the form of Christian metaphors about nomad heroism and the bravery of the martyrs of theScull Tower , in the remaining four chapters.

"Naissa" includes the poems of numeorus renowned authors: Branko Miljkovic, Vasko Popa, Gordana Todorovic, Dobrica Eric, Miroslav Maksimovic, Dimitrije Milenkovic, Dobrivoje Jevtic, Ljuba Stanojevic, Sasa Hadzi Tancic and others.
