The City Municipality of Pantelej, in cooperation with the Association of the comics lovers "Branko Plavsic"  and with technical assistance of the Public Utility Company "Trznica" , organizes for the third time in a row, the international manifestation "Nis Comics Festival - NIFEST 2016" between May 5th and May 8th at  Nisko sajmiste.
