As one of the performances at 13th Urban fest - International students' theaterfestival, on Monday, September 4th, at 20:30, on the location of the playground near "three skyscrapers" in Knjazevacka Street and at 22:00 in the backyard of the City Municipality of Pantelej, theater plays in the open will be perfomed for the art lovers who live on the territory of the City Municipality of Pantelej.

Many years in a row, the City Municipality of Pantelej supported financially and technically the realisation of the concept of Urban fest in joint effort with the Students' cultural center in Nis to relocate cultural events from the City center and to give access to theater to the audience from all parts of the City.
