In order to support the artists who create in Nis and to encourage the artistic creative work, the City Municipality of Pantelej organized the yearly exhibition of works of the members of  Association of Artists "Luna" from Nis at the municipal Assembly Hall. 
In this manner, the management of the Municipality  strives to make arts more accessible and exhibitions more available  to the citizens of Pantelej. Apart from the members of  the management of the Municipality of Pantelej and the Association "Luna" the gifted pupils, attendants of the arts courses and their teachers from all elementary schools in Pantelej attended the opening of the exhibition.
