The President of the City Municipality of Pantelej, Bratimir Vasiljevic received an Appreciation Letter from the Association of the descendants of warriors of Serbia 1912-1920 for continuous cooperation and support to the activities of the Association on all organisational levels , from municipal to regional. The Appreciation Letter was awarded during a ceremony at the Military Home in Nis, on the occasion of marking the 208th Anniversary of the Battle of Chegar, as one of the most significant dates in the history of Serbia. apart from the highest local officials, the gathering was attended by the members of the Association of war volunteers of 1912-1920, their descendants and the admirers of Stevan Sindjelic from Svilajnac and the members of the Association of the warrior descendants from Nis, as the organizers of the event.
