The President of the City Municipality of Pantelej, Bratimir Vasiljevic and the Deputy President Aleksandar Milosavljevic organized a reception for the official three-member delegation of the twin city of Belgorod which stayed in Nis on the occasion of the Celebration of St. Emperor Konstantin and Empress Helen. During the visit , symbolic gifts with the motives of City of Nis and the City Municipality of Pantelej were  exchanged with the guest delegation form Russia, lead by the Prefect of the Administrative Unit of Belgorod, Andrej Kosnikov, as a token from brotherly encounter in Nis. On behalf of the host, President Vasiljevic sent his regards to the Mayor of Belgorod, Konstantin Palazaev,with symbolic gifts and gratitude for continuous co-operation and brotherly relationship between Russian and Serbian  peoples which are the result of traditionally strong cultural and historical ties.
