The President of the City Municipality of Pantelej, Bratimir Vasiljevic, opened IV International Vespa Rally "Naissus 2017" and greeted more than 50 participants from BiH, Croatia, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Serbia who, after the ceremonial ride in main city streets and visit to the well-known Latin Church above Gornji Matejevac, gathered at Kamenicki Vis. The organizers of the prestigious competition expressed their gratitude to the City Municipality of Pantelej as the patron by presenting a special award and a medal to the President Vasiljevic. After the award, the competition part of the programme started.
