With the support of the City Municipality of Pantelej, the Organisation of sports fishermen "Nais" in Nis, organizes the International fishing cup on Sunday, October 8th, 2017 on the Nisava River, along the shore, near the "Pedestrian bridge"/ location behind the City Power Plant. 

This is a traditional contest which has lasted for 13 years with the participation of the teams from the neighbouring countries  in the Balkan region. The contestants gather early in the morning, and the International Fishing Cup will be officially opened by the President of the City Municipality of Pantelej, Bratimir Vasiljevic, on Sunday, at 10 a.m.
